This Subaru EA-82 conversion is built in Ukraine and is available as completely built or as conversion kit. I've heard that somebody in Canada is imported these engines and sells them in US and Canada. 

Prop is 3-blade wooden ground adjustable 176 cm made in Kharkov, Ukraine by local airclub (Barannikov airclub). Blades are epoxy/glass laminated and have titanium leading edges.

Single-carburated engine has 105 hp which gives 300 kgm prop thrust.
